These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Raja132 ("Raja132", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Raja132 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at raja132.cam and any associated mobile or desktop applications.

Raja132 operates under international online gambling licensing. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager on Raja132, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account. Continued use of Raja132 constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms as updated from time to time.

To register and maintain an Account on Raja132, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You areaged 21 years or older. Raja132 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all casino and sports betting activities. This is a non-negotiable requirement.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in a personal capacity, not on behalf of any commercial entity.
• You are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of Raja132 or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform under a self-exclusion arrangement that remains in force.
• You have not been declared bankrupt or are subject to any insolvency proceedings at the time of registration.

Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. The submission of false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one registered Account on Raja132. The operation of multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") by single individual — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed, any outstanding bonuses will be forfeited, and balances may be withheld pending investigation.

Raja132 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to: a copy of a valid government-issued identity card (MyKad for Malaysian players), proof of residential address issued within the preceding three months, and source-of-funds documentation where required. Withdrawals will not be processed until satisfactory KYC documentation has been reviewed and approved by our compliance team.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. Raja132 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to adequately protect your login details.

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must select a strong, unique password and update it regularly as a matter of personal security hygiene.
• You must immediately notify Raja132 support at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• Raja132 staff willnever ask for your password in any communication — by email, live chat, WhatsApp, or any other channel.

Raja132 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX (Financial Process Exchange). Cryptocurrency deposits via Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC) are also accepted. The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. All withdrawals must be made via the same payment method used for the original deposit, wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Raja132 targets an average withdrawal processing time of under five (5) minutes for verified accounts using e-wallets and DuitNow. Processing times for FPX and bank transfers may extend to 5–15 minutes. Processing times quoted are targets, not guarantees, and may vary during peak periods.

All transactions on Raja132 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Cryptocurrency deposit amounts are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction confirmation. Raja132 does not accept responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations between the time a deposit is initiated and the time it is confirmed.

Raja132 maintains robust anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) controls. Any Player suspected of using the Platform to launder funds, or whose transaction patterns raise suspicion under applicable AML frameworks, will have their Account suspended immediately and the matter reported to the relevant authorities. Players must not deposit funds from sources that are not legally owned by them.

All bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards offered by Raja132 are subject to specific terms and conditions that govern each individual promotion. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus rules apply:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times (rollover) before any winings derived from those bonus funds may be withdrawn. Rollover requirements range from ×10 to ×30 depending on the promotion. The applicable multiplier is stated on the promotion page.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While bonus funds are active in your Account, the maximum single bet permitted is MYR 300 unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus play may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) contribute 10–20%; certain game categories may contribute 0%. Contribution rates are shown in the promotion terms or upon request from support.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity window stated in the promotion (typically 7, 14, or 30 days). Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the Account without further notice.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse Raja132 bonuses — including but not limited to matched or hedged betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome — will result in immediate bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and potential recovery of any associated withdrawals already processed.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one welcome or deposit bonus may be active on a Player's Account at any time. Players must complete or forfeit an active bonus before a new one can be activated.

All games and betting markets available on Raja132 operate according to individual game rules published on the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager. The following general wagering rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Raja132 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed wagers, except in cases of manifest system error.
• In the event of a game or technical malfunction that affects the integrity of a wager outcome, Raja132 reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return stakes to the Player's Account balance.
• The minimum and maximum stake amounts for each game or betting market are displayed within the game interface or market listing and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
• All live casino game outcomes are subject to the rules administered by the live dealer and applicable game logic. Live game decisions are final and non-reversible.
• For sports betting markets, wagers placed after an event has commenced ("in-play bets") are subject to any price or availability changes occurring at the time the bet is placed. Raja132 reserves the right to void in-play bets where live data feeds or pricing errors are identified.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Raja132 and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Raja132 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account involved in prohibited activity, and to void and withold any related balances or winnings:

• Fraud and Identity Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using another person's identity or payment method, or creating accounts for individuals who do not meet eligibility requirements.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers, including the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting strategies, or collusive play to generate guaranteed bonus profit.
• Collusion: Coordinating play with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live games, or tournament formats.
• Use of Automated Software: Deploying bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with Raja132 games or betting markets.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, convert, or conceal funds of illegal origin.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment chargebacks or disputes with a payment provider for transactions that were genuinely authorised by the account holder.
• Hacking or System Interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to Raja132 systems, servers, or databases or interfering with the normal operation of the Platform.

Raja132 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It should never be used as a means to address financial difficulties or as a primary source of income.

Raja132 makes the following responsible gambling tools available to all registered Players at no cost and without restriction:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount they deposit into their Account. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set rolling loss limits over any defined period to prevent net losses exceding a pre-agreed threshold.
• Session Time-Out: Players may activate a temporary account suspension of 24 hours,48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days at any time. Accounts in time-out cannot be accessed for any purpose during the suspension period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from Raja132 may submit a self-exclusion request via the support team. Self-exclusion periods of between 6 months and 5 years are available. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Raja132 strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement for all gambling activities on the Platform. Age verification is conducted as part of the registration and KYC process. If Raja132 has reasonable grounds to believe that an Account holder is under 21 years of age, that Account will be suspended immediately pending verification.

All content on the Raja132 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, game interfaces, written content, trademarks, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Raja132 or its licensed third-party content providers, and is protected by applicable international copyright and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes. This licence does not permit the reproduction, redistribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the express written consent of Raja132.

Any unauthorised use of Raja132's intellectual property — including the systematic scraping of odds data, game content, or promotional material — constitutes an infringement and may be subject to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Raja132, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of betting opportunities due to technical downtime, or any other commercial or personal loss.

Raja132's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Raja132 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform and shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, third-party payment system outages, or internet connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.

Raja132 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, Raja132 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via a notice on the Platform homepage or by email to the address registered on the Player's Account. Non-material amendments may take effect without prior notice.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure. The most current version of these Terms is always available at raja132.cam/terms-conditions.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Raja132 holds its operating licence, as applicable. Players agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising under these Terms.

These Terms do not affect any mandatory legal rights you may have under the laws of Malaysia or any other applicable jurisdiction that cannot be waived by contract. Raja132 acknowledges that Malaysian consumer protection laws may provide certain minimum protections that apply regardless of the chosen governing law.
